We provide you with an insurance that will not only cover your house and its contents, but also take your interests as owner or tenant at stake. We will indemnify you against loss or damage to the building and contents caused by : - Fire, lightning - Cyclone, flood, tidal wave - Riots, strrikes, malicious acts, housebreaking - Earthquake, volcanic eruption - Impacts - Explosion - Tenant’s risks We will guarantee your liability as owner of the building for accidental damage caused to civil engineering works. We will indemnify you against breakage of fixed glass. We will take care of any loss of rent on a property rendered uninhabitable following the occurrence of an insured event.   PRIVATE ALL RISKS We offer you the opportunity to cover your valuables and personal effects not included in the contents covered under your HOUSEHOLDERS’ MULTIRISK. A worldwide cover. We will indemnify you against any loss or damage to valuables, personal effects and specified items belonging to you or to the members of your family permanently residing with you. Personal liability An essential cover to insure your liability to third parties in Mauritius. You may also subscribe to our Travel cover in order to benefit from the same protection whilst travelling abroad. We will indemnify you against the sums you shall become legally liable to pay as damages to a third party in respect of: - Bodily injury (including death or disease) - Accidental loss or damage to property Our warranty may be extended to any damage caused by fire or explosion arising from insured’s liability towards neighbours. We also offer to insure your liability as Landlord in regard of defects in the rented premises. We will cover the insured and members of his direct family (husband or wife, parents, children).
