* AXA AOI provides the service while the beneficiaries pay for the related medical expenses and later claim reimbursement from Albatross, according to their limits.
(III) Personal Assistance ABROAD
(IV) Travel Oriented Assistance Service ABROAD
In case of loss or theft of the credit card, or identity papers necessary to return home, AXA AOI shall provide assistance in replacing them. (With the authorisation for being reimbursed by the beneficiary within 2 weeks after incident).
AXA shall endeavour to provide these services to meet the Client's wishes and expectations. AXA cannot however guarantee that the Client's request for bookings and reservations shall be fulfilled, since AXA have no control over the availability of seats, tables and/or rooms.
The actual cost of the service and/or booking shall be borne by the Client in addition to any delivery, insurance and/or cancellation fees; any cost or fee may be charged by the actual service provider and/or by AXA to the Client's account, subject to authorisation by issuer.
