EMPLOYERS' LIABILITY

You employ craftsmen or manual workers for site work at home?

We will indemnify you aginst sums you should become liable to pay as damages from any bodily injury sustained by one of your employees.

We will also refund expenses incurred with our written consent in defending the claim.
 
CONTRACTORS' ALL RISKS
If your house is under construction or in the process of being fitted out or modified, the site works can cause damage to your property, to your neighbours or to third parties.

Part 1: Material Damage
We will indemnify you against any unforeseen and sudden loss or damage occuring on site.

Our warranty may be extended should you wish to do so, to the cost of clearance of debris caused by the event.

Part 2: Third Party Liability
We will indemnify for any bodily injury or material damage caused to third parties or their properties arising out of the site works in progress.
